"The only reason I had been going to the Pecos location is because it's closest to my house. But, I will not go to that location anymore since there is 1 sales person there that is a complete ****. His name is junior. Probably the laziest retail employee ever. 2 of the many times I was there was for a motorcycle tire. I had a safety issue with a tire I bought that I also purchased a warranty for. When I took the tire in he acted like I was bothering him then proceeded to get an attitude. Acting like I'm the **** for wanting to get a replacement tire. Then when the new tire that was ordered arrived at the store 2 days later I was notified by there inventory person I could pick it up. Well they were supposed to mount and balance it that day. I thought that had been done cause inventory person call so I could pick it up. So I arrive 2 hours after the call thinking the tire is mounted & balanced. At this time there is still 1 hour before they close. So, I ask the sales person "Junior" if the tire was ready. He's like "we just called to let you know the tire is in store". I'm like WTF are joking. Then he's like" we aren't going to be able to get the tire mounted & balanced till tomorrow. Then get back on his cell phone like I'm not there. I'm like WTF you talking about. It takes 20-25 min tops to do the mount & balance & that's if you take your time. Luckily there was a guy from the other cycle gear store there that took care of the mount & balance of my tire. The only way I'd ever give the Pecos store my business ever again is if they got rid of that **** "junior". "

"clearance tire gauge was marked on sale and advertised as $9.99 however the sales person would not honor that price and wanted to charge $19.99 even after being shown the sign listing the item as the lower price. one thing about customer service, even if the store made a mistake, you fix it or make it right by honoring the advertised price. not going back to this store on principle. also the same salesperson tried selling me on an expensive helmet I didn't need. I ride occasionally, I don't need a racing helmet. this guy was a snake. "

"i was on a road trip and my front brake pads were metal to metal, I bought some new pads and they even lent me a wrench to make the repair in the parking lot. He also talked to us about taking some awesome routes he had taken in the past. Overall they were very helpful and I would def go back again."

"My friend and I went to shop around 6pm . We were then greeted we looked around at the helmets for a little bit then few minutes later this asian lady greets us and asks if we needed any help to find anything in particular . We then said yes and proceeded to help us find the right fit for a helmet with also the help of this young man named Junior I believe. We then looked around the store for some more accessories because i just purchased a new sports bike from my friend so I needed some gear. I'am just getting comfortable riding so this was the perfect store to come since my friends recommended it and I'm glad i came. Junior had mentioned that the asian lady from japan handles all the merchandising so she helped us a lot in getting everything I was missing and did a great job at becoming selfless and doing great customer service. Thank you both!"
